Every open role lands 80–300 applicants. Junior recruiters skim. Senior recruiters get bored by CV #30. Hiring managers ask “why this one?” and you reach for a gut feeling instead of a paper trail.
Meanwhile, candidates stuff keywords to beat the ATS, the ATS misses real signal, and ChatGPT — useful as it is — leaves no record, no consistency, and a queasy feeling about pasting personal data into a chat box.
There has to be a faster way that doesn’t compromise on rigour. Or on GDPR.
Four steps. About 30 seconds per CV.
Paste the CV
Paste the CV text. We support EN, PL, DE, ES, FR. PDF upload is on the roadmap.
Add the role
Type the target job title. The more specific, the sharper the analysis.
Confirm consent
One checkbox: you confirm you’re allowed to process this CV and have read how the data is handled. No email, no card.

This is what comes back.
An anonymised example. Fit score against a “Senior Backend Engineer” role.
Strong mid-to-senior backend engineer with relevant migration experience. Weak on event-driven/streaming. Recommend a 30-minute technical screen focused on async patterns before progressing.
Strengths
- 6 years backend Python; matches “5+ years” requirement.
- Led monolith → microservices migration; direct match for the JD.
- Mentored 2 juniors — matches the tech-lead expectation.
Gaps
- No mention of Kafka or event-driven architecture (required in JD).
- No public technical writing or open-source contributions.
- Last role tenure 11 months — worth probing in interview.

Suggested interview questions
- Walk me through the monolith → microservices migration. What broke first?
- Have you worked with Kafka or any message broker? What was the use case?
- The 11-month tenure at the previous role — what drove the move?

Designed around the fact that a CV is personal data.
Plain-English commitments. No legalese.
- We don’t store CV content after analysis. CV text is processed in memory and discarded once the analysis is returned. We do not keep your candidates’ CVs on file.
- No training on your data. Your CVs are never used to train our models.
- Provider retention depends on configured AI provider terms. We use AI providers with EU data processing terms in place. We will publish our DPA and sub-processor list before paid plans launch broadly.
- You stay the controller. You are the data controller for the candidate data you input. We act as a processor, on your instructions, for the duration of the analysis.
- Candidate rights. Because we don’t store the CV, deletion is automatic. If a candidate exercises their right to erasure, there’s nothing to erase on our side.
- Decision support, not decision-maker. The tool is advisory. Under GDPR Article 22, candidates have a right not to be subject to fully automated decision-making — this tool is designed so that you, the human, always decide.
- Public free try uses consent, rate limiting and redacted logging. The free analysis is gated by an explicit consent checkbox, soft-limited to one analysis per IP per 24 hours, and our error logs never carry CV content.
Detailed DPA, sub-processor list, and full privacy policy available on request and before any paid plan onboarding. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
