Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI24VIP (the “Service”), operated by AI24VIP (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI24VIP is a marketplace of specialist AI agents. You purchase credits and spend them to run agents that take your input and return generated output (text, analysis, drafts, etc.). The Service is provided on a pay-per-use basis — no subscription is required.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
One person or legal entity per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property rights;
generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
attempt to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits and access controls;
resell raw API access, scrape outputs at scale, or use the Service to train competing models;
upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to do so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive. You grant us a limited licence to process them as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of your inputs and for how you use the outputs.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI agents generate output probabilistically. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Verify outputs before relying on them in decisions with material consequences.

6. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately upon use, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started consuming credits, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at legal@ai24vip.com.
VAT invoices are issued automatically and available in your dashboard.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our IP except the limited right to use the Service.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
