Privacy Policy

AI24VIP (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the platform available at ai24vip.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We act as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details you provide when registering or signing in.
• Billing data: name, billing address, VAT identification number, and payment details. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: the agents you run, inputs you submit, outputs we return, credits consumed, and timestamps. We use this to provide the Service, prevent abuse, and improve quality.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies (see Section 6).

2. How we use your data

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Providing the Service — performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Processing payments and issuing VAT invoices — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Service security, fraud prevention, and analytics — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Marketing communications — only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the Service. They are bound by contractual data-protection commitments:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and analytics
• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic and other AI providers — processing prompts to generate agent outputs
• Resend — transactional email

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Retention

Account and usage data are kept while your account is active. Billing records are retained for 5 years to comply with tax law. After deletion, residual data is removed from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of it (Art. 15)
• request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• request erasure of your data (Art. 17)
• restrict or object to processing (Art. 18 and 21)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
• lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (Art. 77)

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (authentication, locale preference). With your consent we also use analytics cookies to measure usage and improve the Service. You can manage your preferences in your browser at any time.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
